Our origin
Witzig The Office Company was founded in 1946 as Ernst Witzig AG. Witzig Holding AG was founded in 1991, backed by the Ernst Witzig Foundation as a capital holder. In 2007, the company launched the brand Witzig The Office Company and integrated Büro Fürrer Office Design in 2008 and Witzig AG in 2017. In 2018, the company acquired Alteco Informatik AG in Thun. In 2021 Strategy of "dual focus" with Witzig The Office Company and Witzig Alteco Digital Services.
